Lacasapark Art Residency and Guest House is located in Gardiner, New York in the wild Hudson Valley countryside. Adjacent to the 23,000-acre Minnewaska State Park, but only an hour and a half away from New York City, the property is nestled in the Shawangunk Mountains, surrounded by forests with abundant wildlife, streams and ponds.

LaCasaPark offers artists one to two month residencies with onsite accommodation and studios. Originally built in the 1960s as a printing press workshop, the residency is housed in a 4,000 square foot barn that now serves as a multifunctional work space, gallery, and loft. Big garage doors and windows infuse the rooms with natural light. The space opens to a covered outdoor area intended for work or relaxation, providing a fluid transition between interior and exterior. Studios range in size depending on the residences needs.
